Vitalise Wellness is a rapidly expanding health clinic located in the Lower North Shore, and we are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. This is a client-focused role that requires a compassionate nature, excellent multi-tasking skills, and an attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service operations, including booking appointments, processing payments, and collating internal and external results.

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, and results-driven, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be competent with computers and technology, able to manage a busy workflow, and remain calm under pressure. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently completed their studies in naturopathy and is looking to get a foot in the door in a busy practice. It could also suit someone with former clinic experience, or a smart Commercial Receptionist EA/PA wanting to make the move into the health industry.

Working closely with the Practice Director and event team, you will be the face and voice of our busy clinic. You will work closely with our Naturopaths to ensure they have the support they need to deliver exceptional care to our guests. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work with six successful practitioners and further develop your skills.
