With a no-nonsense approach to cuisine and bar, food and drink at Lilymu is traditionally inspired and selected from China and Southeast Asia, with a fresh yet delightfully modern perspective. A western gem and recent winner of  the Good Food Guide's One Hat Award. Lilymu is the only place in the West to have received this award and we are very proud of it. Lilymu is managed by one of ESCA's fastest growing 

 hotel groups in Sydney, which currently manages Aalia, Nour, Henrietta and Cuckoo Callay.With many more on the horizon. 

 We would like to add another Food Runner to the team. We offer a variety of shifts  to accommodate increased availability. This position can be filled with  a full-time contract or a casual contract, depending on your preference. We are growing fast and have many career opportunities for those who are looking.We have great mentors to help you get  where you want to be. 

 

 Lilymu is located in the newly renovated luxury business and dining center at Parramatta Square. Parramatta Square is an easy walk from  Parramatta Station. You can see the entrance gate to the train station. 

 

 Successful candidates should possess the following qualities and qualifications: 

 

 Ability to work in a dynamic and dynamic environment, have a positive attitude. Other.

 Good knowledge of food and drink products is positive but not essential.
